Decent Mexican food but not what would consider authentic. They have a lot of other American type foods on their menu. It's almost like a diner with a bar on the other side. I would eat there again. Great service. Friendly staff. The vibe is more like an American diner.
The food has never disappointed. My daughter loves to go to Carnitas when she visits from LA. Parking isnt always easy but more times than not I get a handicap spot. My lady friends and i go to Carnitas Express often. The wait staff is excellent. There arevselections for axslim budget.
We've been coming to this Carnitas Express in Menifee since 1997 and we've always enjoyed our food and experiences here. The food is always delicious and served with a smile from all the staff and there's many people at Carnitas that always go beyond their duties to make our visit worth coming back for more. I can honestly say that Jenny is one of the best servers that has been awesome as well as Eric, who've we've known as a server and bartender. We'll continue to make it our place to eat for as long as we continue to live in this area
The waiters are on top of it every time! Food is authentic and off the charts. Enjoyed the hometown vibe. Will be back for sure!

Love the service and the food fresh chips and amazing salsa, love the fajitas. Shredded beef tacos are out of this world probably the best in Sun city
